Sensuri Group (Rue des Agges 27, 1635 La Tour-de-Trême, Switzerland) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to our group website. This site is the entry point to the Sensuri brands: Sensuri – Sensory Interior Design, Sensuri Homes and Sensuri Casa.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information on the group website. For activities carried out under each brand (design services, renovation projects), please refer to the privacy policy published on the website of that brand.

1. Data we collect

When you visit the Sensuri Group website, we may collect:

  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, time spent.
  • Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics to analyse traffic and improve the website experience.
  • Job applications: name, email, last employer, your motivation, CV and certificate of qualifications, when you apply through the Careers form.

No contractual or payment data is processed on the group website. For such data, please refer to the relevant brand website.

2. Purposes of processing

Data collected on the group website is used solely to:

  • ensure the proper functioning and security of the site;
  • analyse traffic and improve navigation;
  • direct visitors to the relevant Sensuri brand websites;
  • assess job applications and contact candidates.

Processing is based on:

  • Legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and user-friendly website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31 nFADP);
  • Consent for cookies and analytics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 6 nFADP);
  • Steps prior to a possible employment contract and your consent, for job applications (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR / Art. 31 nFADP).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties. Data may only be shared with:

  • our hosting and email provider;
  • legal authorities, if required by law.

5. International transfers

If data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EU, appropriate safeguards are applied in line with Art. 16 nFADP and Arts. 44–49 GDPR.

6. Data retention

  • Technical logs: retained for up to 12 months for security purposes;
  • Cookies and analytics: retained according to Google’s retention periods (typically up to 26 months);
  • Job applications: kept for up to 6 months after the end of the recruitment process, then deleted, unless you agree to a longer period.

We apply SSL/TLS encryption and appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.
